COCHLEAR MICROPHONES ANSWERS EVALUATION AND INTERPRETATION IN THE DAILY CLINIC AND ITS SCOPE IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE DISORDER OF THE EUROPATHY SPECTRUM AUDITIVE (D.E.N.A) – SECOND PART
Main Article Content
Abstract
Thanks to the technological advance, nowadays, CM testing is possible mainly due to technological advances by using the same equipment for measurement of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEPs), meaning a non-invasive practice and quite simple for its conducting.
One of the many important variables that entails the definition of ANSD, which requires valid and reliable clinical trials on the activity of outer hair cells (OHCs) before an absent or “abnormal” auditory response.
In this second part, we will assess the practice guidance of the recording and interpretation o CMs to get some sustainable data and thus adding those to other studies of the audio logical test batteries in the event of such diagnosis.
