Abstract

Technology is part of modern world and it is in constant development. The access and master of digital devices is acquired at early ages. As health agents and communication therapists it is necessary to acknowledge the advantages and disadvantages of media use in language development. The main purpose of this research is to determine if infants that are in language treatment have excessive or inadequate use of technology devices according to the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Argentine Pediatrics Society.


This research`s aim is to assess the impact of technology in child raising and moreover, promote a favorable environment for language development at home.
